Shipping Policy

At Red Wing Spices, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly, safely, and affordably as possible. Please review the details of our shipping process below.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During peak times, processing may take slightly longer. Pre-order items will ship as soon as inventory becomes available. Delays caused by carrier disruptions or weather conditions are beyond our control.


Apparel Orders (Separate Shipping)

Apparel items ship separately from spice products and may arrive in a separate package. If your order includes both apparel and food items, you may receive multiple tracking numbers and deliveries at different times. Apparel fulfillment timelines may vary based on availability and production schedules.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping speed. Typical options include:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We ship from West Chester, Pennsylvania (ZIP 19382).


Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping yet but plan to in the near future.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to update.


Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

Red Wing Spices is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout, or packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

If your package is missing, please:

  1. Double-check your shipping address.

  2. Look for a delivery slip or check with neighbors.

  3. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We can ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS. If you select an expedited shipping method, please use a street address.
